Let’s get back to the root of your success… YOU! You are the cornerstone. You are the conductor of your life. Once you embrace that, then you are able to take control and do what must be done, personally and professionally.

Here in this video I will share summarize and share 3 steps with you and the reasons why you should build in this order: Yourself, Your Business, and ultimately Your Network.

Building You

I always have thought if I were going to do something that was fun and lucrative, that I would always want to do that with my friends and “SOME” of my family. The more the merrier, right? Well, without personal growth there can be no professional growth. So of course it starts with you.

For example, it is much easier to learn a rebuttal to an objection; than it is to keep your cool when you want to blow your top. Whether that is because of how you were raised, or what is expected of you; that is an area of personal growth that needs to take place.

The professional growth can only come into play only after the personal growth is first established, but is key in relationship building as well as anything else you want to undertake, that involves anyone else.

Building Business

Once you undertake the journey of building a business you have to always think about your personal brand as its own business. If you ran your life as a corporation; You would think more about “hiring or firing” certain influences in your life.

You would properly evaluate your emotional resources and steer clear of anything that may give your company (personal brand) bad press.Keeping within that same mindset, as your own HR department. You are actually qualifying and interviewing who you want to be in your life and in what capacity or role they will play.

If it is not a perfect fit, problems or situations could arise down the road that will diminish your ability to build a business before it ever gets a chance to grow.

Building A Network

Understand that there are going to be people that you don’t want in your business. Sounds crazy, I know but once you realize what you don’t want in your life and or business, you are free to pursue everything else that adds value to you, your brand, and your business.

People will generally flock to this type of genuineness and authenticity; enabling you to set the stages for growing your business into network.

Be your best self. There is no competition in being you; you only have to beat out your “Lesser Self”

Once you have established this… you will attract people who will align with your faith, values, and business practices. Then you all can move and conquer all obstacles That get in your way. Just like it takes a village to raise a child; if you build a network, your business will produce many “children of success”.
